In this professional development opportunity, teachers will be introduced to theories and practices that support emergent bilingual learners. In this session teachers will:
-learn language rich strategies that support students in their English development
-engage with tools and methods to differentiate lessons for emergent bilingual students
-create differentiated learning tasks that focus on the four domains of language (listening, reading, writing and speaking) to support everyday teaching practices
